Spidi Clothing

Considered a must have if you read any article about motorbike jeans. Spidi hip protectors fit nicely into the pre-made pockets, and for me certainly, sit in the correct place to provide the intended protection. There is still enough room to get items into you pockets comfortably and more importantly get them out without a fight.

If I had to be picky I’d expect hip armour to come with the purchase, but only knee pads are included, but still an excellent pair of armoured jeans

These trousers fit perfectly. Just because you have a large waist does not mean that the legs need to be correspondingly large and Spidi understand this, these are a great fit unlike some other textile trousers that I own. The quality of the materials used is what you would expect from Spidi. Haven't tested in the rain yet.

I can’t even estimate how many jeans I’ve tried on over time. These are the closest to real denim jeans I’ve found. Comfortable, look great. Could happily even take the armour out of these and wear them causally.

There is no provision for a back protector, I did buy this knowing that as it is to wear under my Helite air vest. to wear on those slightly damp days when a heavy jacket is too much. I did stitch in a velcro strip so a D30 back protector can be fitted if I want to use it on it's own. but they could have done the same at the factory for a few penny's.

True to size, it fits nicely underneath a jacket, and doesn't add too much volume.
Looks solid and high quality
