I got XXL and was true to size and fits very well

Liked the level 2 armour at all points and the shirt type fitment, holds armour in the correct place , back protector moulds to body shape as soon as you strap the ribcage straps . Not tested out on the bike due to bad weather but expect it to be comfortable and protective

Description
The Plasma level 2 Body Armour is constructed of an innovative multilayer made from highly shock-absorbing, soft materials with ventilation, protection, lightness and flexibility. The soft tosro protection adapts to the body, while three viscoelastic layers are attached to a semi-rigid external biofoam for better shock-absorbing protection, better fitment, and resistance to wear. The design combines the versatility of a cross chest protector and the extended and enhanced protection of a body armour. The removable shoulder end elbow protectors are fitted with perforated stretch fabric sleeves, designed to ensure high breathability and adherence to the arms. The sleeves themselves are attached to the padded shoulder straps of the chest protector, leaving the ribs free of fabric to increase heat exchange and breathability.
