Oxford Aqua T30 Roll Bag - Grey / Black When it arrived I thought it was going to be too big however it sits nicely on the pillion seat of my little Triumph. Easy to strap on and I have added security of using a pair of ROC straps.
Inside I can fit, my little tent, summer sleeping bag and inflatable mat, along with some basic toiletries and clean undies and have a little bit of space to spare. And my little stove. YES everything is little!
Feels secure on the road and seems to be up to a downpour should one arrive - but then I have not intentions of camping on a wet weekend.
Nice mid size easy to use bag for those wanting something simple that can be strapped onto the big without the need to add frames etc.
SW Motech Legend Gear LC2 Pannier Side Bag - Black Like the quality and materials, they sit well on the bike and don't get in the way when getting on or off my bike. (Triumph Speed Twin 900) They look very tidy and not too bulky which I like.
Dislikes are the main strap at the front is too short when the bag if full and will not reach where it clips in. This main strap is very stiff to adjust and needs adjusting before you clip it in. The two side straps are much better and do clip and adjust easily.
The bags look very nice though not keen on the clips and how they connect, much prefer to have conventional style plastic clips.
When the bags are empty or only partially filled the clips do not seem secure to me though not had any issues so far. Had several trips where I could not clip in the main strap as being too short and had to rely on the two side clips only.
These are expensive bags (+bespoke fitting kit) and I think SW-Motech could make them better then they currently are by using a longer main strap and better connection clips.
Would I buy them again, that would be a difficult choice.
Oxford Heritage 30 Litre Roll Bag - Khaki Nicely made, simple strap system. Looks great
Oxford Aqua T30 Roll Bag - Grey / Black Bought this fir a 4 day trip into Wales. Great sized for strapping for strapping to the pillow seat. Can't comment on waterproofing as had no rain, but the quality is good and I dint expect any issues.
Oxford Lifetime T40R Tailpack - Black Loads of handy pockets and versatility. Quality bit of kit
QBag Pack Foam Backpack - Black Excellent shape for riding, can fit a surprising amount in it
Givi V47NN Monokey Top Case - 47 Litre Plenty of room inside and has a good load capacity. Perfect for what I wanted, carring a briefcase, camera gear etc, but I am not a motorbike tourer. I had a Givi Monolock plate on the bike, so fitting was a doddle. Appears to be very well constructed.
