Nexx Y.100R - Subsonic Matt Black / Pink

I’ve been trying every helmet I come across in stores to find one that fits correctly and is a decent quality and this is the first one that feels comfortable without pushing on my forehead with great noise protection!
I feel like I was in between sizes with several makes, a Scorpion came close to size but was such cheap quality and really wind noisy compared to the current rurocs which are quiet but too small in the closest fitting and putting too much pressure on my forehead. Nothing else came close to feeling right so I’m so glad I came across this make in the Glasgow store, best I’ve found so far and good quality.

The fit and the padding are very good - a bit tight for the first few rides but not getting loose. The chipstrap is well padded and the quick release works well. It's stable at speed when looking ahead.
At speed, it catches the wind as your turn your head, managable but noticeable.
It's loud at speed - not as much as other modern helmets - but loud all the same.
The visor is ok, the positon latch could be more positive and the pinlock insert is a bit small so the edges are in the field of view.
Quick release visor - why? Who changes the visor so frequently?
Ventilation is good, especially at supply fresh air when snugged up for wiinter riding, not tried in the summer yet.

Absolutely fantastic - after having riding for over 25 years and having several helmets, I can safely say this is my favourite by far. the flip down visor is a godsend. Comfortable and great quality for the price.

Excellent helmet very snuggly and comfortable, weight is around 1500Grm, comes with pinlock and clear visor. I would suggest for interested buyer to get graphic one
