Gore-Tex not keeping out water? There's a different procedure to getting it sorted, and here's an explainer...
Bought these as Summer boots so not worn them "in anger" yet on the bike, but quality seems good. I'm debating if they are a half size lower than usual 46s though as they seem a bit narrow across the widest part of my foot - not uncomfortably so but noticeable. It might just be that they need to wear in and stretch a bit. Have been wearing them around the house for long periods and they are comfortable enough then.
As someone who has larger calves than average, I really struggled to find boots that were able to perform to standard (i.e., comfort, warmth etc) but still fitted my calves, without jeopardising the desired safety that normally a lower boot would. However, I am extremely pleased I opted for these boots. They provide all round comfort, both on the bike and when walking around, they are very comfortable, live up to their waterproof expectations and they keep my feet warm on duller days. If you are looking for practicality over looks (although when under trousers, only the toes are visible), these are exactly the ones for you.
Great quality, warm, comfortable and 100% waterproof. I wore these for a 3 hour ride in constant heavy rain wearing a thin pair of socks, and the my feet were warm and remained completely dry. Highly recommend these boots.
These boots are just what I wanted, mid calf with a zip. Very comfortable for riding, great grip and can walk around easily in comfort when off the bike. Good all rounder with Dainese quality. After 2 days out they've bedded in really well. Great support from the Boston store as normal.
Very comfortable, lightweight, easy to clean, keep me dry and warm. Just order your normal size.
I use them also in the city since also comfortable to walk in
Very comfortable from the word go.I use them when touring so they have to be practical to walk around in too, which they are. They have a decent tread on the sole unlike many other boots.
These boots are my first low cut boots having always worn full lenght ones. I bought them mainly for commuting and short trips but found them so confortable and easy to put them on and off that I now use them for long trips too. Are very soft and do not need to break in. Very easy to walk on them off the bike. I haven't yet tried them on wet weather so cannot comment.
I'm a new driver and I don't know plenty from equipment etc. I read online reviews about these boots, watched videos etc. They're very comfortable. Easy to put on / take off and warm. And I used them in heavy rain and I was completely dry! I totally suggest them.
