Merlin Maple Textile Gloves - Grey / Black

These gloves are a fantastic Summer glove but you have to have the right bike.

They are comfortable, fit very well and the reinforced sections provide you with confidence. The built quality can't be faulted with quality stitching and a good overall design.

Having a Royal Enfield Continental GT they fit right in with my faux vintage 'look and style' but I imagine that if you had a more modern styled bike they'd be a bit daft.

If you can work the look then they're a very good purchase.

Firstly let me say that I bought these gloves as, I had bought the Merlin leather jacket of the same colour leather a few days before, to upgrade my summer kit.
The leather is gorgeous, being very soft and comfortable, and having armour and layers in what seem to be the right areas. The denim areas are a bit 'Marmite', I suppose, either love it or hate it.
The cuffs are long enough to comfortably fit under the sleeves of the leather jacket, and feel secure. Only one small thing to look out for, and that is sizing.
I am normally a size 9 in gloves, which is why I initially tried 'Large'. These were far to small, and I had to return the gloves twice, to get the right size, which for me is XXL.
Summing up, a great glove for the price, I love the style, and how they look with the jacket, I'm quite chuffed.

I bought these to wear on my electric bike rather than my motorbike. They look good and would clearly offer significant protection in the event of an accident on this more limited bike.
