Good gloves, lifetime guarantee is another wonderful thing about the brand.
Great gloves to replace an old version of these that have lasted over 10 years as the perfect spring through to autumn gloves. Warm enough on chilly mornings with enough protection for when I go trail riding giving excellent grip. I also use them daily on my road bike.

I have 3 other different pairs of Klim gloves and have been massively impressed by all of them but these Dakar gloves are a disappointment. When your hand is in the position it would be on the handlebars the material bunches up and would create comfort and grip issues. Sorry Klim but they were sent back. As ever an awesome service from SBS.
Bought these as a result of a long term test review in MCN to use on green lanes. Not yet used in anger but so far so good.
No apparent underside ventilation. Wrist area paper thin material. No palm protection in high impact areas. No protection on backhand lower finger areas. Concerned how they can be marketed as Off-Road gloves. Unsure if TPR knuckle protection will remain fixed in the hot temperatures of Thailand where they are used. Nylon backhand material ventilation excellent. Very good palm sensitivity.
I have several pairs of these and wear a smaller size than I do in other brands. I'm 9 -9.5 (cold/hot hands) and wear an L or XL in most gloves but dropped to a medium in these, it fits perfectly without pulling too hard across the palm and leaves no material to bunch up. However I still take a larger size in other klim gloves.
I haven't been down in these so can't comment on crash durability, but they seem to be as hard wearing as any other branded glove of this type. The extra gripper material will prob wear off but I don't feel that's an issue as the palm material has plenty of grip.

So comfortable and grippy, plus allow hands to breath, good quality.
I've used these for a few years, they have become my go to summer glove for riding in town. They have limited protection for road riding and as long as you are aware of that, but for town and slow speed stuff I personally find them ideal, they are well made, well vented and allow for a much more comfortable experience.
