Nolan N100-5 Plus N-Com - Overland Flat Lava Grey / Yellow

Good quality and functuality for my first flip top helmet now I'm riding more adventure type bikes. Excellent service from SBS as usual

Safety is paramount to me and this is safer than both the Shoei and Schubert as is evident by the Sharp test results, this being the only helmet to pass 100% on the chin bar.
I already have a Nolan N87 which I liked a lot but this is improvement over improvement. Incredible value for money.

Had to replace my Lazer helmet as they seem to have stopped supplies into UK.
So far after about 100miles riding the helmet is comfortable, wind noise about the same as my old Lazer, but I miss the Polychromatic visor.
Overall very good helmet.

I got this to replace a Nexx Vilitur.
Which kept falling apart.
What a difference, it looks well put together, good solid clips and a positive click stop on the visor.
The double lock on the chin piece is no problem even with gloves, just needs a bit of getting used to.
Size wise it was a bit snug when new but not uncomfortable.
After a few rides it has relaxed and is very comfortable, noise reduction on par with other helmets.

Well fitting comfortable helmet that feels snug , everything you could want in a crash helmet , comfort, style and practical.Well made and good styling in an assortment of colours but I never chose because of colour , also a very reasonable price .Delivered the next day after ordering well done sportsbikeshop.

Having previously owned Nolan helmets I wanted to try something different but it didn't work out well and I returned to Nolan.

I'm glad I did because the quality of the Nolan N100-5 Plus in my opinion, is at least comparable to more expensive brands. Better in some cases.

I was looking for a quietish touring helmet and this certainly fits the bill with the adjustable neck roll keeping out the cold and wind. You also get the pinlock included AND fitted out of the box.

I wanted this helmet and was delighted to obtain it from the marvelous Sportsbikeshop. The helmet fits perfectly, its of high quality looks good and comes with everything I need. I'm about to fit a Nolan phone system in. Highly recommended

Great quality helmet fits very snugly absolutely no wind noise when riding quick release strap is easy to use also has removable padding so easy for cleaning I would highly recommend this helmet

Really nice helmet from Nolan, with adjustable neck lining to allow you to reduce noise and comfort.
Only down side is the flip operation being a two step button. Having had a Shark Evo previously their system was easier, but hopefully I'll get use to it.

First time I have bought a flip-up helmet so I didn't know what to expect.The quality was excellent and fit was perfect,it took a little while to get used to it but now it's the best thing ever,

I was looking at the dearer main brands but £500 ish was too dear for me, then I saw this.
It has everything I wanted, Pinlock, flip, multiple vents, sun visor and smart graphics.
Couldn't be more pleased with it,
The quality of the flip mechanism and the vent sliders is superb.
The Pinlock works perfectly and the red stitching looks and feels faultless and the padding inside feels perfectly comfortable whether I'm wearing my glasses or contact lenses.
£315 was an absolute bargain and the little bag it came in was a bonus as I use this when storing my helmet in my topbox.
Add in faultless and fast service from the Sportsbikeshop, what more could one ask for?.

This is an impressive helmet. I chose a correctly snug fit and it feels great. Vision is good through the wide visor with pinlock insert. The 2 part flip opening catch is taking a bit of getting used to but muscle memory will take over before long. I fitted the n-com system into the helmet (bought separately) and was mightily impressed with the quality, fit and finish of the helmet internals. It's very well made indeed. FYI the n-com fits easily and perfectly into the specific fitting aperture and is the best system I've ever used. The absolute and most relevant aspect of this Nolan helmet is its quietness in use. Almost zero wind noise - even at EU motorway speeds. I do use 35db earplugs which is a factor perhaps but all my other helmets with earplugs have still had rushing wind noise. I listen to music and take phone calls at 80+mph without any interference. By now you may have guessed - I like this helmet. A lot! Just for balance - the visor is uneccasarily fiddly to remove and replace. Overall this has been a first class update of my riding gear and has already become a firm favourite. ps I ordered 4 lids from SBShop selected this one, sent the others back foc for a prompt credit. Helpful, reliable and trustworthy is in their DNA. A very good experience for me. I recommend them and this Nolan helmet without reservation.

The helmet is perfect on my head, it comes to Romania in 4 days, in perfect condition.

Took ages to find a helmet that fitted properly. Tried this helmet on in a shop when I was on a trip and at last found one one that was just right. Wore it on trip in Wales for 8 hours, very comfortable quieter than my old HJC. Good features sun visor was fiddly at first but didn't take long to get used to it. Would recommend.
