I had been contemplating this sprocket for a while comparing to other manufacturers and types. But I kept coming back to Renthal.
The package arrived quickly, so I ripped it open with anticipation.
Wow came to mind. It was so light, designed to please the eye.
My hands held it as my fingers stroked the teeth, felt the strength of the metal. The texture of the anodised coating. Feeling for imperfections which were non existent.
The word high quality was too shallow a phrase to use.
I know that this was the one, performance for any bike enhanced not only in power but in looks.

Renthal hard anodised sprockets are specifically designed for road and road racing applications. They feature all the benefits of Renthal off-road aluminium rear sprockets but with increased longevity from the hard anodised process. Hard anodising is an integral surface coating which significantly increases the hardness and wear resistance of the chainwheel surface.
Renthal hard anodised rear sprockets are precision CNC manufactured to extremely high tolerances. The high strength is especially enhanced by using a 7075 T6 aluminium alloy coated in an ultra hardwearing finish for extreme mileage. The rear sprockets computer aided 'Ultra light' design gives the maximum reduction of unsprung weight at the rear wheel, to give maximum power transfer. The Renthal rear sprockets are 33% lighter than steel and the self-cleaning mud grooves prevent dirt build up and help keep the sprocket clean.
