The Hooligan Ultrabolt motorcycle jacket is built to beat the heat. The lightweight polyester frame features large zones of laser-perforated, ventilation holes to increase airflow. Internally the sport-fit Hooligan is equipped with a full complement of D3O impact protectors (shoulder, elbow, back). Adjustable waist straps allow for the perfect fit.
