Vast improvement

Vast improvement in my bmw gsa, the standard horn being very feebly and weak, bought this and it’s a direct replacement and easy to fit, bike now sounds a lot louder when using the horn.

Honk Honk

Does the job for a fair price. Replaced the 'Noddy car' horn on my Triumph for something with a bit more balls.

Make sure you've got your ear plugs in

Another great product from Oxford. I've been a fan of their products for years, and this one is up there for quality at an affordable price too.
Easy to fit, and sounds much deeper and louder than the usual beep-beep horns you get as stock on a bike.
The one I received didn't have the black back as in the photos, mine was silver. Soon sorted with a black rattle can.
The usual great quality delivery from SBS, well packaged and quick.
Highly recommended product.

The fittings will need a coat of protection from rust but it's easy to fit and very loud.

Improvement over OEM horn
13 Mar 2025 by Richard D
Very pleased, it's a great improvement over Hondas OEM horn. Not sure if it's any louder on the dhb scale, but the lower audible tone sounds so much richer and noticeable. Money well spent. Very easy to install :)

I won't be fitting it until the warmer months but, like most Oxford products, I'm confident that it will be very good.

Vast improvement

Bought as the stock horn on my NC750x was useless, much better and far louder, money well spent, not that it cost much a very well priced item!

Robust, easy to fit and makes a sufficiently deep toned loud noise to give good warning without being offensive.

Good quality horn

Perhaps not the loudest horn but certainly a great improvement on the garbage OEM horn fitted to my scooter. It seems well made and good value for money! I will have to upgrade the wiring, however, because this horn draws 4.5 A while my original wiring will only handle 1.5 A

Loud Enough..

Loud enough, easy to fit ..
I would recommend..
Seems to be tough enough to withstand a down pour and a knock or 2 ..

Good for the price.

Bought this as a replacement for a Denali Soundbomb mini which stopped working. It's not quite as loud as the Denali in my opinion, but it is considerably cheaper which makes up for it. The cheapness does not seem to be reflected in the price - it's a good quality item. Definitely louder than the stock horn. Easy to fit with the supplied bracket, and no wiring alterations needed in my case.

Oxford fog horn

Recently fitted an expensive denali soundbomb but needed a 2nd horn for another bike. Bit dubious as the oxford was nearly £20 cheaper. Result it sounds the same. Highly recommended.

Very loud and a lot lighter than the standard RE twin horns and a great price from Sportsbikeshop.

Root it toot
23 Dec 2023 by Doug F
A little larger and heavier than the original little tin lid thing I got on my bike but it's a good deal more obvious. You now get a parp instead of a peep!!
People actually take notice because it sounds imposing, certainly the couple of times I've had to use it.
Unscrew and unclip the original and replace. It's a real plug and play item.
Well worth the money. There are plenty others out there more expensive and maybe louder but I can't fault it for the low price.
Just make sure it will fit where you're replacing due to the size increase. I should get another one to replace in the car too.

Decent horn
18 Dec 2023 by Ali
Good value replacement horn.
Easy to fit and good adjustment on the bracket for a universal fit.
A little better sound than an OEM horn, but not Denali sound bomb.
Good for the money though and for mot as my horn had stopped working due to water ingress so I needed a replacement.
