Icon PDX3 Textile Jacket - Dark Camo

I bought this jacket to use over layers that I already owned as an alternative to buying a conventional laminated or drop-liner suit jacket, thereby making use and saving the cost of layers that I already owned. So far it has proved an excellent buy. Completely waterproof and warm down to 5 degrees so far with one base and one mid-layer. I feel sure that it will be warm down to any sensible riding temperature once I add a third under-layer and I have already tested that it will be still be comfortable and not too bulky. So for anyone who already owns lots of layers and doesn't want to buy a whole new set built into a new jacket I'd say this is a great option. It's also pretty stylish and easy to wear. There is only one small negative which is that the jacket liner does not zip all the way around the inside of the jacket, it is held in place by a couple of small zips, one on each side, as a result it drops out every time you put it on. You get used to it but I'd say if you wanted to put it on at the side of the road, rather than indoors before you go out and then keep it on for your whole ride, then it could become rather annoying. Quality is Icon superb, it's all nicely finished and has a good weight and feel to it.
