Every rider has been caught out in the rain and wished we’d put our waterproofs on before leaving the house.
Got these in a clearance sale when my Alpinestars came to the end of their life. They are similar in many ways. An excellent lightweight touring boot. They are quite a narrow boot, but were absolutely fine for me. I find them comfortable. I haven't had to test the Gore-tex waterproof liner yet but am confident they'll be fine.
These are the most comfortable boots I’ve have ever worn and they are made with high quality materials,,haven’t worn them in the rain yet but have no doubt that they will preform well
Top quality materials, robust materials with modern innovative touches - these fit the bill perfectly. Comfort is outstanding, great closure system. I've already done several hundred miles, all in sunshine to the Gore-tex hasn't been tested.....yet!
I ordered my normal size 10/44 & struggled to get my feet in then could not get the boots to zip up. I contacted Sportsbikeshop & returned them receiving a full refund. I then ordered the next size up 10.5/45 & got my feet in & zipped up perfectly. These boots are really comfy, warm & I have been out in the rain with dry boots & feet at the end of my ride. Really great service from Sportsbikeshop & Great Boots by Dainese, many thanks
I struggled to find boots that fit my enormous calves, finally found these and they're brilliant.
I've worn urban style boots and army boots on the bike, neither are close to as comfortable on the bike as these. They're also great, I've walked for about 20 minutes wearing these including going both up and down hill without problems - they could easily handle more. That does mean they aren't as protective as a racing boot, but they do feel pretty solid for what they are. My dad's became a scrutineer in his retirement, he says he'd let them on the track for what that's worth. I haven't crash tested them yet though!
Hands down most comfortable motorcycle boot I've worn. Worn for the first time on an hour and a half demo on a Tiger 900 in 6 degrees and light rain. So good I kept them on in the car for the drive home. Decent protection whilst lightweight and fully waterproof. Looking forward to a chance to pull them in again soon hopefully.

Sturdy, yet comfortable. Not bulky.
Waterproof in heavy rain.
Long inside zip with a hook and loop zipper which stays up and sticks to the rain flap.
Another hook and loop fastener on the out side to help adjust the fit.
All in all I'm impressed with these boots. I usually use adventure type boots but I was looking for a bit more comfort while walking.
Lovely supple leather, super quality, probably the most comfortable boots I've owned to date.
I need a taller boot as I have legs like a giraffe's grandad, and was pleasantly surprised to find these slightly taller than my usual Sidi sports boots. Spot on.
Bought from the ever friendly, experienced and helpful staff at Sportsbikeshop shop Bristol.
These Dainese boots ooze quality straight out the box and once on your foot the comfort is a 10 out of 10. With no breaking in necessary, these boots are the most comfortable boot I have ever bought and feel more like a training shoe than a boot. The quality is what you would expect from Dainese, they are much lighter than most other boots. Needless to say, I would definitely recommend and I am very pleased with my purchase.
I wanted good quality, fit and GoreTex. These are top notch, comfy from the outset, Jeans fit over or inside, boots are easy on and off. Dainese boots in other styles can come up small, but these fit true to size, 43 is a 9. 200 miles riding out of the box, no issues, after a brief stroll round the house, not needed breaking in.
Not tested in the wet yet, they are GoreTex, I have no doubt they will be fine, and if not, confident that SBS will take them back.
By way of background, have always had Alpinestars boots before, which I do like, but couldn't see anything that ticked the boxes this time. Bought some Richa waterproof boots, at sub £100, didn't fare well on a Scottish tour, leaked & returned to SBS no problem, a false economy.
I have an 'adventure' bike, and a 40 year old classic. I discounted adventure/motocross style boots, after a try on in store I felt they'd be impractical walking round off the bike.
They fit, look good and weren't ridiculously expensive. Not sure what they're like in the wet yet (my 9 year old Daytonas could fill up with water very nicely...) but I'm presuming the GoreTex will work. Only slight niggle is the Velcro at the top of the boots. Make sure it's well covered, as it can scrape on your calf muscle.
SBS was yet again fantastic, allowing me to order in 5 pairs of boots with no hassle, settling on the Fulcrums.
After trying several pairs on (as you can at SBS) I found these to be the most comfortable by miles. Haven't used yet in the wet, but good guarantee and GoreTex quality should be fine.
