It can be fitted to the front or rear of a pannier and comes with a comprehensive fitting kit of templates and various bolt lengths. It only took 20 minutes to fix in place with basic tools. When out of use it folds relatively flat - when carrying the 2.5L 'can' it's a bit fiddly to fasten the strap but it is very secure. It adds flexibility to any trip especially right now with fuel supply issues! For information: The ferry limit for additional fuel is 5L. The Le Shuttle limit is 30L in max 10L ‘cans’.
