I don't think much needs to be said given Arai's long standing reputation, if I were to say one thing about the concept XE is that it only comes in 3 shell sizes as opposed to 6 which is usually the case for them. That aside, the customer service was 10/10. I had to order my helmet due to a store not being local, but despite my head measuring in as a medium, the medium felt a little to big so I contacted customer service for advice, not only did they deliver, they reserved the same helmet in small to be sent out which ended up fitting perfectly! Really happy with my purchase and experience with sportsbikeshop. If I had one little pedantic nit pick, it would be that I didn't recieve any discount codes for when I next order which I feel is/should be common place.
