Soft neoprene foam rubber that fit perfect on my Triumph Tiger 900 bars. Applied using soapy water in spray bottle. Application was easy and took 10 minutes. Just be careful not to stretch to much on application as they will split. Didn’t need cutting down. Product adds that extra girth to bar grips to prevent fatigue in the hands and fingers. I’ve had these on every bike owned and would never ride without them. I applied over heated grips. The temperature is affected marginally but I have heated gloves so this will never be a problem for me. Would recommend.
