Having worn back protectors for a few years now these are a real step forward. First off, they are easy to put in the jacket sleeve. Secondly, they are comfortable once you have the jacket on. For the price there is no reason not to wear one and it might just save your back. Also, having just been run over by a car I can say the D30 works!
