I've used Givi luggage for years but the new PX Tech racks are substantially cleaner and less obtrusive than the older PL or PLX racks. Its a neat system with a seatbelt like anchor point fitted to the passenger grabs and a locking mechanism where the panniers latch at the top. It is a bit of a faff to fit - mainly because using it with the 1192FZ rack requires you to replace certain bolts which you've probably already fitted with the rack, and the instructions aren't super clear. nonetheless once fitted it's rock solid, stable and the luggage kit is solid as houses. Looks neater than older racks do too when running without panniers, though not as neat as SHADs 3P.
