Brilliant all round helmet

Always worn Shoei and Bell over the last 40+ years riding and never had issues until now. My last Bell M1, although a great looking helmet, light and good fit, it had become uncomfortable after 45 mins, putting pressure on my forehead and leaving a nasty imprint resulting in a horrible headache. So when, having tried multiple big name brands costing much more, I tried the LS2 Advent II it was a revelation. Instantly comfortable and no pressure points anywhere for my medium fitment. It fitted true to size and open or closed was supremely comfortable. I sat in it in the closed position whilst watching TV for an hour and no issues whatsoever. The Pinlock 120 was easy to fit and is a brilliant yet simple invention - does exactly as it says, no more fogged up visors. Rode through hot weather and thunderstorms recently and no issues at all, the vents work well enough though obviously cooler with the chin bar flipped completely back. Also, really quiet with earplugs in which surprised me as some have complained of it being a bit noisy. Once used to opening the visor lock very easy and even easier to open the chin bar fully back - so useful when at petrol stations and hot days etc. So all in all a great quality helmet, very well built and finished, very comfortable, not overly heavy, that I've noticed, and all the convenience of modular flexibility. Highly recommend and a best buy in my view even at the full price.
