Neat unit designed to fit into Shark Helmets without modification. Instructions that come with the Sena Shark Bluetooth unit are very basic and don’t cover the installation. I downloaded the fitting instructions from Shark but these are also pretty poor as was the online fitting videos available. I’d say it took me the best part of an hour to fit this unit and route the cables neatly. Not super pleased with placement of mic boom but can probably adjust after trying out over time. Sound quality is good and connection to phone and bike computer was easy too. Getting to the units menu to pair with the bike was a bit fiddly as this was the second pairing. Initial one to phone was a breeze as it searches itself for first pairing. All in I am pleased with the unit and think it will suit my needs. Would be nice is they provided a more detailed set of fitting instructions as they have gone to the bother to design the unit for Shark helmets but it’s let down by no clear instructions or fitting videos. Delivery from Sportsbike Shop was delayed due to stock issues but they kept me updated and delivered slightly ahead of delivery estimate. Always my go to place for bike kit!
