Weise Clothing

Very impressed with this jacket, just the thing for the recent heatwaves cooling the torso and arms. Back protector as standard which not many have and due to the flow of air it doesn't stick to your back even in temperatures close to 30c. Jacket is also quite lightweight compared to a conventional textile.

Excellent jacket fits like a glove, sizing is spot on for me. A very versatile jacket plenty of air vents and the luxury of having two removable liners to suit all conditions and it is warm, plenty adjusters to fit the jacket to you, with or without liners, padded neck is soft and comfy, I have no complaints with this jacket at all, very pleased

I've never tried a mesh / vented jacket. It's very light and fits well. Once you get moving the airflow is massive. Pockets are decent too and a back protector is standard. Recommended

Picked these up to replace my original Weise Hydra jacket & trousers which are now far too large for me having lost weight. Very interesting to back-to-back the two version of Hydra, these win by far in terms of hot weather performance, zips and the change in the boot area. The fact these now go over your boot - and for reference I wear full size Forma Adventure Boots - they work just fine with a little room to spare, which will prevent water running into your boots on particularly rainy days, which is a big plus.
The two zip pockets are smaller now but you can still fit a bunch of keys in, no chance of a phone fitting though.
Fit was spot on, I am about 35 inch waist and the 34 Medium was spot on for me. Can still squeeze my Keis heated trousers under these too.
My goal was year-round leather without having to consult the weather forecast - Weise Hydra fit the bill for me there.

I've been using the Weise Hydra original jacket & trousers year round for a while now, but needed to downsize due to weight loss. Was able to reserve two sizes to the Leeds SBS store to try them on, which was a good experience.
The jacket looks and feels very premium, and is significantly lighter and thinner than the original Hydra. I appreciate the zip cuff closure, as the old velcro had separated on my original Hydra jacket. The connecting zip to the trousers works well, and is easy to fully connect each day without problem. I was initially concerned about the rating of the ZRO armor, but after speaking to the manufacturer I was satisfied that it performs on a par with some level 2 armor.
Overall I'm really happy with how this looks, feels and performs. No issues with the waterproofing yet either, though we've not had a proper deluge yet to be fair!

My wife doesn't like bike gear , always finds it uncomfortable, and as a pillion, comfort is essential. These fit great, low profile knee and hip protection ( though she still isn't a fan of the armour of any type) and looks great too. The first pair she tried had an issue with fit on one leg , so we re ordered a next size up and perfect. Returned original pair with great assistance from Sportsbikeshop, as always....thankyou.I recommend, as does my wife , that you may need to try a size up from your usual ...
