Great on style, poor on comfort

The quality of the material is great and will no doubt stand the test of time. The vintage styling is also spot on. However there are a few downsides. The back of the bag could do with something like a reinforced panel, if your packing things that isn't flat the items will quickly poke into your back making riding uncomfortable. The 4 fasteners to get into the bag is quite a mission too. Great on style, poor on comfort

Versatile and looks good

The stitching and feel of the canvas on this bag is great.
Loads of space inside and removable waterproof liner which is nice to see in bags.
Some smaller pockets on the side would be nice but that is personal preference.

Great Roll Top Backpack

I have a couple of was cotton roll top backpacks (some 3 times the price) and this is my favoutite.
Unlike my much more expensive backpacks, the Oxford is large enough to carry a huge 17inch laptop on the bike and the straps are robust enough for comfort when you do.

Really cool spacious bag, suits all my needs for college. It's incredibly comfortable while I'm on the bike and can fit an insane amount of stuff and is surprisingly water proof even in harsh weather my books and overalls stay dry as a bone

Looks great, inconvenient to use

Quality along with the looks and luggage capacity is pretty good, however it quickly becomes tedious undoing 4 buckles clips every time you want to fetch something out of the bag.
It's not very rigid either, so unless it's at capacity it hangs off your shoulders like an empty sack.
