Caberg Avalon X - Brama Grey / Fluo Yellow / Black Couldn’t be happier. Best fitting helmet I’ve ever had. Brilliant quality and value and the staff at Harlow were excellent as always
Caberg Duke X - Smart Black The helmet was made well but I found it quite hard to open and close
So basically I’ve got 2 Caberg helmets , listen the Pinlock thing has to be accurate.
My previous experience was not good but now I have the correct one it actually works and it works really well.
Caberg Soho - White Weight 1.43kg, which I presume is the smaller shell size, as my head is 57.5cm round, so the upper end of the smaller shell size. My bonce is the typical oval proportions and it fits snugly without pressure at any place. The strap is idiot proof. Peripheral vision is unimpaired. Spectacles slip in and out just fine. No distortion in the view. Can't say what it's like on the road yet, gee thanks honda.
Caberg Duke X - Matt Black Nice weight, helmet really comfy with vents and sun drop down easily accessed when wearing gloves
Caberg Tourmax X - Sarabe Matt Gun / Black / Red This is my second Caeberg Tourmax. I decided to change after 4 years of touring and camping use to keep inside the manufactures safety guidelines.
This helmet has everything I need. Most importantly, it's a comfortable fit as soon as it comes out of the box. It's a flip front which in my opinion is a great advantage for quick stops for photos, fuel, a drink or low speed riding through towns in higher temperatures.
A very useful sun visor and peak help with the glare in different circumstances and a quality pinlock visor is also included to stop visor fogging.
I think its a very stylish helmet with great field of vision and good looking graphics.
I've worn this helmet for camping trips all over the UK in every kind of weather. For a 2 week camping tour through the Alps in 40°c for 8-10 hours a day. No issues at all.
We can all pick fault with the slightest issues, but:
I know it's comfortable for what I want. It does everything I want and it's affordable. What's not to like?
Highly recommended.
Caberg Duke Evo - Indy Matt Black / Gun / Grey Quiet, very comfortable and good wind break.
