Caberg Duke Evo - Move Gun / Black / Red This is my second Caberg in 6 years, following a Droid. Both Cabergs have been excellent in terms of materials, manufacturing and quality, and both are still used. Both oval shape, the Droid a little more so. Comparing with some high end helmets I've tried on recently, I expect there are more plush and quieter helmets out there, but their Sharp Chin Bar Test score and relatively light weight for a modular still make this a great lid. Highly recommended for sub £200 budget.
Caberg Duke Evo - White Metal First helmet a Caberg Duke which appeared to have been incorrectly built. The female strap was near the temple. Hard to fasten almost impossible to undo. Returned but as I had fitted the pinlock before realising the problem. Despite the pinlock being returned I was charged for it by superbikeshop. Dissapointing as they are always my go to for anything bike. That said new helmet a good fit and straps in the right place.
Caberg Duke X - White Metal I had a few specifications that I wanted from a helmet. White, full face with the option for open face, dark visor, comfortable and cheap. These don't usually go hand in hand! I was left to myself in the helmet department and the first one I tried on was wonderful. Shoei, but several hundred pounds! A member of staff asked if they could help, what did I want. I said this Shoei helmet but for £150!!!
They immediately picked up this Caberg. There was a choice of two and I tried them both in my size. Finally choosing the cheapest version. Both were on sale price, both under £200.
Now I've had chance to use it for a couple of weeks I'm even more impressed. It takes a few rides to easily raise the chin and lower properly, but the sun visor half face cover is the best I've ever used, easy to find and use even with gloves on. Well impressed. I bumped into Richard Hammond at Caffeine and Machine and even he liked the helmet!
Caberg Duke Evo - Matt Blue Helmet is a really good fit and very comfortable to wear. Build quality is very good and scores 4 stars on Shatps rating. Integral sun visor is very good.
Caberg Avalon X - White The fit is perfect very comfortable. Could do with some bigger vents
Caberg Duke X - Matt Black It fits really well around my smooshy face, and is really breathable lots of airflow and no misting.
Caberg Duke X - White Metal Good fit and good product.
