There's a reason why our competitors spend so much time watching what we do, we believe in customer service levels beyond the norm and we're always looking for ways to improve. In late 2013 we were recognised for this by the bike industry's No.1 publication, Motorcycle News. As retailer of the year, we feel it's our duty to constantly better our offering and if you have any ideas, we'd love to hear from you!

Thermals, base layers & windproof clothing & accessories
Not pretty, but effective.
This absolutely eliminates neck leaks. The felt under the front does pick up a bit of water at the bottom, but it's never wicked up and become a problem for me. The balaclava really helps with noise filtering and feels like a good 10dB reduction, compared to my plugs alone.Read more
My first Base Layer
The quality and fit is great but I was disappointed that this set was not as warm as the odd stuff I had been wearing (a thermal vest and an old pair of the wife's leggings). As an old rider with an old bike I avoid motorways, so at 5 or 6 degrees on country lanes riding I was getting chilly after 30 mins.Read more
Wish I had got one years ago
Have ridden recently at temperatures just below freezing and not used more than setting 3. (Max 5 settings-5 being hottest). I also have the gloves. Both excellent products. You can ride all day in total comfort. Some thoughts to help others. I measured myself according to the size guide. I was a large, ordered large and good fit. My clothing is Rukka, you take the thermal liner out and use the Gerbing Jacket instead. You won't need both, and anyway you wouldn't get all the layers in your jacket. I also have a thin base layer. Depending upon the size of your jacket when all the layers on I find everything a snug fit-no wriggle room for putting weight on! A thought for Gerbing product development. The Heat Controller for the jacket is excellent. The gloves tuck inside the sleeves of my jacket, I suspect other jackets will be similar. Once the gloves are tucked in, I find it impossible to press the button on the glove sleeves, to turn on or adjust- I do this before zipping up the cuffs-and even if I could there is no way to tell the heat setting as the cuffs cover the glove. So it would be a practical solution if possible for the heat controller to have another button which allows the settings of the gloves to be made in a similar fashion to adjusting the jacket. That would then be perfect. I might even think about the heated socks now, I haven't usually suffered cold feet , but when everything else is warm you do notice the relevant temperature difference. Allow a few minutes extra prep to get all your gear sorted before setting off. Chris HRead more
