They work!

I was waiting for some really wet weather before reviewing and can now confirm they are waterproof and stop your hands from getting frozen. I commute all year round and these will be great for the rest of the winter. My Versys does have handguards which helps reduce windchill anyway so can't say what it's like without them. Like other reviews have mentioned they feel weird at first but you get used to it and yes the visor wiper is naff but I didn't buy them for that. Great value for money.

Rukka - perfection

Needed a replacement for my Held (twin chamber gloves) these were the same price with a very nice 10% off voucher from SBS! Couldn't resist and so far not disappointed! On very cold rides (1-2c) you can choose between having your hands in a thick winter gloves where insulation/thickness is the same all round or using the second chamber which gives better feel on the grips whilst keeping the back of your hands protected from the breeze! Heated grips keep my palms warm! The gloves just shoot quality which is be expected at the price. Can't recommend enough!! Service from SBS faultless as usual!!

Great gloves for mid winter

I bought these after seeing some glowing reviews. I liked that they had a number of layers with minimal padding. Looking online Sportsbikeshop had the best value and actually had them in stock. Having tried them out in near freezing conditions I can attest that they work. The size guide is accurate as the cuff is where they use the measurement as it's single velcro closure. They do not bunch up when you close your hand over the bar and retain all the feel needed on the bike What surprised me was that these are designed for the power scooter commuter. In summary excellent gloves with lots of feel and warm enough for the winter.
