Good rack, absolutely solid once installed. Was a bit of a pain to get installed, whole ordeal took about 2 hours with some really fiddly bits, but rock solid once on. Fitted to a 2010 SV650S.

I've given this 5 stars because for the price it is a good quality rack.
Installation was relatively straightforward although aligning a few things up took a small amount of fiddling but definitely not difficult.
Once fitted it sits solid on the bike and I also managed to fit an old Nonfango top plate to it - bonus!

Very poor fit

Apart from looking as ugly as sin, these arms are a very poor fit on my SV650 K3. I eventually managed to fit the brackets by first removing my grab handle from the bike, but the brackets do not sit flat on the top of the bar and the nuts cannot be fully tightened underneath because the brackets are not correctly aligned. Shocking quality then, but you will have to buy them because there isn't any other viable alternative, other than the SW-Motech Alurack that looks like it will bend at the first sniff of a bump in the road.

June 1, 2018This the correct rack for your 2007 SV650. You will also need the correct top plate (either Monokey or Monlock, depending on the top box that you have)
