For someone with wide calves and wide feet boots are an issue. They were a little tight on the calf originally I have a 16 inch calf but They've bedded in lovely after a few wears and yes my moto leggings are in the boot as well .
They don t pinch my feet at all to my surprise there a wide foot boot giving you plenty of flexibility.
Riding there comfy don t even know Iv got them on. Not too bad to walk in but I don t generally walk far in them.
I did have to have the 1st pair exchanged as the left boot had the ankle guard come away but was exchanged the next day no issues at all . Not going to star down as it s a manufacturer error and can t be helped how it was handled was quick and efficient

Bit snug on the calves

I have size 8 feet but decently sized calves and cannot get the zip fully up

The fit was true to size and was comfortable out of the box
The quality looks as good as boots twice the price
Only downside they don’t come with spare toe sliders but most boots don’t
Overall a great buy and wearing well

Description
Designed and engineered from the ground up, Nexus is the culmination of 4 years of research and development and more than 40 years of experience since racers started tearing around tracks wearing Oxford branded gear.
Considerable attention has been paid to the boot's protective features to achieve this, including internal PU reinforcements at the toe, heel counter, footbed and ankle protection. The microfibre upper also boasts impressive resistance to abrasion and impact cuts.
The design centres around an ergonomically designed external articulated ankle brace, allowing flexion for shifting and braking whilst protecting against excess sideways movement. TPU reinforcements at the shin and heel, in addition to removable toe sliders, provide additional impact and abrasion protection.
Comfort features such as accordion stretch at the front and rear improve the boot's flexibility, reducing fatigue without affecting protective performance. A 3D mesh lining enhances breathability, working hand in hand with perforated zones to wick sweat away for all-day comfort.
