If it feels like armour in your bike kit then the law demands it is actually proper, protective armour. Here's how to tell how effective your impact protection is...
The Kevlar jeans are completely comfortable to ride in aswell as the look are good too I would highly recommend these to any one
Had the previous version of these and they were good, these new versions are better I feel.
Small zip in the ankle area to help getting them over your boot.
Improved knee bending material.
Very pleased with them and would highly recommend, size for me was spot on 32 short.
Great strong material, comfy fit, good secure pockets
Great pair of jeans to ride in. The material is flexible, the armour is lightweight and moves with your body easily and the styling is great. So good in fact, I’ve been wearing them as regular jeans without the armour in!!!
Liked the look, feel & the security of the product, tried a pair costing £99. but opted for these at £175. there was others at £1,000 + but not for me.
I haven't slung my bike down the road to test the abrasion resistance quality of these jeans but I can say that they are comfortable, well made and I like the side pockets
These have become my go to trousers when the weather is dry. Really comfortable as the material has some 'flex' built in which allows for a comfortable ride. I purchased some braces as they had a tendency to fall down when moving on the bike but once fitted the problem was solved. As a bonus they look like 'normal' cargo jeans when off the bike. Fitted hip and knee armour is unobtrusive
They fit great .
I’ve got short legs makes a change i don’t have to turn them up .
I wanted them because of the large pockets .
Comfortable to wear with the stretch waist-band ensures you don't need to worry about sizing too much. Very easy to cover boots (also has lower leg zip for really chunky boots). The crash pads are very comfortable, far more so than in my Spidi Jeans.
Only tiny downside I found was the knee pads were slightly too high up the thigh rather than down the knee, but I found I could adjust them down the leg.
If you want an easy jean that will pass casual glance as regular jean, then yes, these will work very nicely.
At 6ft 4 he be struggled to find decent trousers, but not anymore. The long leg version fits me a treat and the small zips on the bottom of the legs allow them to fit over my boots with ease. The armour fits around the knees and the hips fine and is comfortable when on the bike. I'm a 32 inch waist and these fitted true to size. Would definitely recommend them if you're looking for some jeans that work on the bike and look great when off it.
The knee and hip armour is so comfortable that you can wear these all day and forget they're bike jeans. Very well made.
