You'd be surprised how many riders wear a helmet that's too big for them. Here's how to tell if a lid really fits you...
Let’s start with the good: the helmet looks really cool, it’s very light, and it’s comfy. The bad: the road noise is awful. In fact, I was shocked at how noisy this helmet is considering the price. When you open the vent around the mouth, the wind noise is crazy. I’ve had to buy new ear plugs in the hope that it helps (not tested at the time of the review). This is my third HJC, but the first with such bad noise levels. The other thing is that it has built in space for a Senna/HJC intercom which is great…if you have that system - which I don’t! I have a normal Senna and I’ve had to place it toward the back of the helmet because it won’t fit on the side due to the compartment for the HJC system. Honestly, I wouldn’t buy this helmet again. Severely disappointed. I’m thinking of reverting back to my old HJC and using this as a spare.
The staff were so helpful when I went into the store, they helped me understand exactly what I needed and what helmet was better suited for me. They explained the helmet indepth and the staff really took their time to ensure I was satisfied with the product
Very good looking helmet and at a great price as well
Fits really comfortably, visor is a smooth operation open to closed and vis versa. Very easy to fit comms inside, good visionary ventilation. And who don't like the look of Carbon.
However visor still can mist up at low speeds.
