Nexx Y.Travl - Quest Matt Black / Grey

This is a good quality helmet. i have wide cheekbones so quite often, helmets squeeze my face painfully but this fits well so if you have a narrow face maybe not for you.
This seems to fit better than the Xwed2 which i had previously but it does cause a pressure on the top of my forehead from pushing down (maybe due to the weight and/or the peak) but over 3 big days of riding it was not casuing pain or headaches even if it was leaving marks on my forehead.

This is more of a road helmet with adventure features as it does not have the excessively large visor window and chin point.

the internal sun visor is better quality and fells more robust than the one on the xwed2 and comes down sufficiently far (some others i have tried so not)

Well made , comfortable inside and out , but the peak vibration and make an annoying yazoo sound when bobbing on a bit , sun visor is a lot better

I tried on several adventure style helmets and this one impressed me the most. It's extremely comfortable, the visibility is much better than my previous helmet and I can still wear my glasses while using the internal dark visor. Something I couldn't do on my previous helmet. The build quality is great and the ventilation works well. I'm not sure the peak is of much value for road riding and creates a bit more wind noise at motorway speeds but it's easily removed.

I bought this helmet as I have just bought a new adventure bike. Rode the bike back from Manchester to Leicester for 2.5 hrs on a boiling hot day. Helmet was comfortable, and steady at motorway speeds with the peak on. Found the sun visor difficult to locate, but that was my first ride. All in all, very pleased. Helmet bag is a bit cheap though.
