The BOA Fit system broke easily!

The BOA Fit System on my shoes broke. I’ve purchased this pair of shoes twice. The first time, the BOA system failed and wouldn’t release. The second pair had the exact same issue, had to cut the strings to get my foot out of the shoe. I’m now waiting for return approval and will be asking for a refund.
