The compact size is great if you don't have a lot of space, as well as being unimposing on the bike. They also can be misleading with regards to the lighting capability, but don’t be fooled, they are bright!. I don’t ride at night so I won’t comment on night time effect, but I would be surprised if they weren’t effective. The lights are fantastic for additional visibility to other road users as well as the additional features that Denali can provide at additional cost, which gets pricey! If you want lights to dim or flash. The only small niggle I have which is not associated directly with the lights themselves but with the the standard wiring harness on/off switch, just feels and looks cheap and nasty but works fine.
