Not what I was expecting.

This mouth guard is too bulky to be worn in a crash helmet. It's just too big and more suited for boxing than motorcycle riding. There are far better options available that are more suitable for biking that are a lot smaller. It's like riding with an orange in your mouth..

I found by placing them in hot water for a few seconds and then shaping them in the mouth with the mouth guard soft I could bite and hold in place which shaped it - now very comfortable fit and saving my teeth daily.
