I like the offset on this for my GS. Rack fits well ie snug unlike some that stick out a mile. IF YOU WANT QUICK RELEASE - its sold separately and ideally should be fitted at same time as rack. Takes time to fit as lots of fastenings but all straight forward with a methodical approach. Dropped a star as it wasn't clear quick release kit was separate and cost extra.

Solid bit of kit

Nice bit of kit, fits well and is solid once installed. Unfortunately mine arrived with a few chips in the powder coat. A little touch up and finish looked good as new though.
Heat shield for the exhaust is a bit ugly when panniers are off but I'd rather have it than cook my luggage. Givi do a quick release kit to remove these frames from the bike which cleans it up for day to day use. Givi 11RKIT for the R1250 GS.
