Solid, comfortable boot - may need to size up

After a minor accident which injured my foot and ankle, I decided to buy something more substantial than my "casual style" bike boots. Yet, I wanted something I could wear all day and walk around in. These do the job perfectly. A few weeks in, and no complaints - they're comfy, they're waterproof, they feel protective.
One thing to note - I'm normally size 10, but I had to get size 11, as my feet wouldn't fit into the opening of the 10s or 10.5s (as I have quite wide feet). That said, once my foot is in, the 11s don't feel too big - maybe a couple of mm too long.

Trying to improve one of RST's most famous products, the short version of the world renowned Tractech boot was always going to be a challenge but the RST development team has delivered in 2026. They started off with a new inner foot profile, making the boot slimmer in the forefoot for easier gear changes, then added in a new hard wearing toe slider, updated motion panels, a re-profiled upper and D3O protection in the shin and ankle. All together making a huge upgrade and an increase in safety to 2/2/2/2 IPA and IPS protection.
