The zips on your Enduristan product are built to be extremely tough and waterproof. To keep them working smoothly, follow these simple steps:
Lubricate regularly: Before using the zip, apply a small amount of zip lubricant to the teeth. Open and close the zip a few times to spread the lubricant evenly.
Keep dust and sand away: Zips don't like dust or sand. Rinse them with clean water from time to time, and use mild soap if needed. As a rule of thumb when your face is dusty after a day of off‑road riding, your zips are dusty too. You can skip washing your face—but don't skip rinsing the zips!
Don't force a stuck zip: If the zip gets stuck, stop and check what's blocking it. Remove the obstruction carefully instead of forcing it.
When it feels stiff: If the zip becomes harder to close, simply clean and lubricate it again.
