Not as good as they should be

Great service from SBS

My gripe is with the Velcro on the bottom of these trousers, it isn’t sufficient and causes them to bulk up around the calf and eventually open the Velcro. It needs to be stronger not just two little strips. Also lack of Long leg option not ideal for taller riders.

Did the job at a good price. Didn't much like the velcro ankle cuff so stitched them up when I sussed the right position. They got a lot of use and not always with the best care but have borne up well. I like the braces too. The weird fly bellows business I like less and don't see the point on a pair of mesh hot weather trews (fair enough in waterproofs I guess but it just reduces the cooling effect and can be a faff when you need a piss)

The Arizona 2.0 Air is designed to deal with one specific challenge: heat.

These air mesh pant does away with every piece of material which could block airflow from reaching the areas of your body which suffer most in hot weather. This enables the rider to capitalise on the slightest movement of air to help cool their core and provide immense breathability.

Of course, this is all done without compromising on safety. Oxford's HD POLY creates a chassis with huge structural integrity, and the garment comfortably exceeds CE level A.

Visibility at night is enhanced by 360° reflective detailing, and a short connecting zip allows you to connect the pants securely to other jackets in Oxford's range.
