Richa Ladies Colorado Textile Trousers - Black / Fluo Yellow

Initially I was really pleased with these. I'm only 5' 2" and they fit perfectly (size 10 short leg).

I did wonder how effective air vents on the side of the legs would be though and found in practice, they were useless sadly. The only time I got a cooling breath of air through them was in a 35mph side wind.

Unfortunately yesterday, I discovered the unforgivable flaw in them is that they aren't actually waterproof after riding 10 miles in heavy rain. I've not had textile trousers in a long time, preferring for many years to wear leather trousers plus Overtrousers as needed if weather became inclement. I thought the wet feeling I was getting while riding along in the rain must just be coldness or something. On arrival at my destination though, it was clear that the leggings I was wearing underneath were in fact wet!

A real disappointment on what seemed to be an otherwise great pair of textile trousers.

Good quality for reasonable price, fit really good and like the included armour in the knees, so far have proved to be totally waterproof.

The best textile jeans I have had. Excellent quality and nice fitting with good protection. I cannot comment on how waterproof they are as I have not yet worn them in heavy rain. I purchased my normal size and it they are a perfect fit. Next day delivery was also a bonus.

Bought for my wife who noticed a slight issue with fault in inner leg, returned and replaced with no issue, quick service, my wife well pleased with quality and fit.

Bought for winter riding. Did 60 mile trip in January. Very comfortable, warm and windproof. Good fit, need to go up 1-2 sizes.

Great fit and at a good price

I love these trousers. I'm 5'2" and it's so nice to find a pair of trousers that almost feel tailor made for me. They will be warm in the winter and with the liner out and leg vents open perfect for hot touring days. The addition of a 'patch' stops you slipping around on the seat which is also helpful ! A really good inexpensive buy and highly recommended.

Used for about 6hrs during my CBT, a couple of showers later and no problems. Nice fit, well thought out and comfortable. Bodes well for future use

Very good quality and true fitting, great looking style. Very comfortable out for a full day on the bike.
The thermal lining is a wee bit bulky but sure keeps you warm and is easy to remove.

I am usually a size 12 and I ordered a 12 and 14 of these textile trousers based on the reviews. They are a good quality trouser but I returned them both as I found them short in the length from the crotch to the waist band, they would not sit on my waist as I like my trousers to fit.

Hi bought these for my girlfriend who a pillion not a rider as we're planning a couple of mini tours (long weekends) on the new bike. She has gear already but not gear that suitable for the changing weather of North Wales! These not only fit perfectly, but they feel super warm and the thermal liner is removable in case we're blessed with hot sunshine, and they're are of course waterproof, which I'm sure will turn out to be essential! A great feature, Especially for a pillion, is the grippy seat, which will help her not slide forward under braking. They're stylish and not overly baggy and have CE-level 1 armour in the knee and comfort padding (not protection in the hip). They also have a little bit of reflective detail on the legs which also adds to the overall looks. Personally I can't fault these, the one thing that I might say as a negative is there are no normal size pockets, just little velcro sealed ones at either side, which would fit your keys it you're a rider but not much else. Not a problem for us, as her jacket has lots of pockets plus I'd recommend carrying anything in your pockets for safety and comfort reasons.
Given the price, £99, I am blown away by these. Others that I was looking at were a lot more expensive and didn't have removable thermal liners, so these score very highly. And of course all backed up by the superb service of Sportsbikeshop!

Very warm, and waterproof!. Not restrictive on the bike, so comfortable for long distances.

A brilliant pair of trousers, packed full of safety features, reinforced areas around the seat of the trousers, knee armour a removable thermal liner too. I got these in a size 10, and they were snug on the hips, but I have had two kids so... I haven't had chance to check whether waterproof yet or not but really comfortable.
