The Richa name goes back to the 1950s and its motorcycle heritage began in 1977 when the founder's son, Luc Rigaux, started making bike clothing under the name of the family business. Richa has gone from strength to strength in the years since, becoming the biggest manufacturer of bike clothing in the Benelux countries. Richa, which is pronounced Reesha, has partnered with some of the biggest technical companies in the world, introducing D3O armour to their range in 2014, and following that up the following year with the prized Gore-Tex waterproof membrane. I wanted a boot with protection and a certain amount of flexibility.
These have a zip either side which makes putting them on so much easier along with being waterproof. Have yet to ride them in the rain but the construction of them gives me a lot of confidence.

This jacket not only looks good, it has great protection built in, fits very well, true to size and is warm enough in spring through to Autumn. I can feel no wind chill getting through. Good value for money, very soft leather.
