Alpinestars Sektor Waterproof Shoes - Black

Comfy boot, waterproof, warm, nice amount of control feel through boot, easy to walk in. Laces only lasted about six weeks.

Lovely boot, just the job

These didn't take long to break in. I wore them around the house for a couple of days and they were fine. A very comfortable boot. They are a bit more rigid than a trainer type boot,but they feel great on the bike. Probably more canted toward riding than walking,but they do both.
I have a broad foot and the boots feel quite neat ,so maybe best opting for a half size larger than your usual shoe size.
I've worn them in colder weather and they didn't feel draughty,but in general I'll be using them during the warmer weather.
Not tried them in the rain,so I can't comment on waterproof qualities.

Stylish lightweight ankle boots but not convinced in the crash protection

Usual Alpinestars quality. Fitted really well straight out of the box and comfortable to walk in. Understated which suits me. I ordered the next size up - seems to be a thing with Alpinestars as my riding boots were the same.

These do not stand out, go very well with my Rokker black chinos, therefore off the bike and straight into the office without anyone noticing. These are very comfortable from the off, very light, had to go two sizes up for the right fit in the end simply decided to go the SBS Harlow. I did get slightly lost, but a young lady who used to work at SBS on her honda ? stopped and led the way, very thankful for that.Frankly, rather than going backwards and forwards exchanging the product, this was quicker even though it wasted half a day. Very comfortable and so much easier to put on than my boots.

These shoes/boots fit me very well. They are nice and light but tough feeling at the same time. They are waterproof too, which is great. They also seem to be well made.

Give reasonable protection for a summer boot comfy after a few wears not used in rain so not sure if waterproof good all round lightweight summer boot at a great price

These are light weight and comfortable, thats very hard to find. They are small so order 1 or 2 sizes larger than your fit.

Before buying these shoes I read the reviews that said they fit a bit small. I wear a 43 in everything but when they arrived they were just too tight for comfort. I had bought them off the internet but decided to take them to the store closest to me (Leeds) and try some on. The people in Leeds were really helpful and a pair of 44’s did the trick.
My first real ride in them was to Wales in the rain. My feet did stay warm but water wicked down my socks and the inside of the shoes were wet by the time I got there. Unfortunately the hotel did not have a drying room (or room heating) so I packed the shoes wit toilet paper when I got changed and again before bed and by morning they were dry. Absolutely dry. Brilliant.
I have enjoyed wearing these shoes since the first gear change and I’m happy to recommend them to other riders.

I was looking for a shorty boot for a planned Spain trip later in the year .Thought if I buy them now they should be broken in by then. Very comfortable boot . I went up an extra half size which was the right move as others have said .my only gripe is the Velcro strap could be a little longer and could do with a loop at the back to help pull them on and off . I’ve not tried them in the wet yet as amazingly it’s been hot and sunny at the moment.Well worth the money for the few weeks of the year we have warmer weather in the uk.
