SW Motech Centerstand - Honda CB 1300 (03-09) CB 1300 S (05-)

This centre stand fits perfectly, and is incredibly useful to have when working on the bike. I've hand this fitted for the last 5 years and my only gripe is that the paint doesn't seem to last long, flaking and chipping off. This seems to be an issue with SW Motech as whole as I have some of their metal luguage brackets that suffer the same issue. Maybe it's the damp salty air, but the rest of my painted metals have faired much better and are almost 20 years old, so what's the excuse? I imagine I may have to take them off to repaint and seal them at some point over the next 5 years, as it's currently not too bad. But it would be nice if the painting standards were a bit higher to begin with.

A well made, nicely finished addition to my CB1300. Relatively easy to install, slotted in a treat to the existing centre stand brackets, (why they are not fitted as standard is beyond me), just a bit of fiddling to get long bolt in as it lined up with an exhaust bracket. Looks really good.

This stand is a high quality item, very well made and fits perfectly. Also it is powder coated and is a great alternative to the original honda item. Highly recommended.
