Keis B501W Ladies Heated Bodywarmer - Black / Red

After buying a vest for myself I decided to get one for my wife as well. The opposite seems true with the lady's vests - they seem to be tighter fitting than the male equivalent so we exchanged it for the next size up (no problem for SBS). Why it took so long before we decided to purchase heated clothing I don't know, it makes riding so much more comfortable in the colder weather. I got batteries as well (not cheap) which are worthwhile when off and on the bike, but we use the bike battery for longer journeys.

I have the mens vest of this and bought this one for my wife. Unfortunately it was a bit too loose on her, it has to be really snug to work effectively. We also are exchanging it for the all-black version which only has a small red pin stripe down the side and not the big red sides like this one here. This is especially important as the vest is longer than her leather jacket, so it would look bad with this red thing sticking out at the bottom of the jacket on both sides. I also ordered a Keis Power Supply Lead to Optimate Battery Connection Lead so that it can be plugged straight onto the bike with the lead that we use to keep the battery plugged in while the bike is in the cold garage during the winter months.

The waistcoat fits well and doesn't hinder comfort as its thin fabric. Heat seems good, although not tried in much colder weather. Design looks great! Would recommend a temperature controller as quite warm!

Bought this for my wife to wear on her bike and as casual wear and must say really pleased looks good quality and nice fit haven't had a chance to test it out on the bike yet due to COVID19 lockdown.

Good level of heating with the added bonus of a heated collar! Good cut for the female body.
Only negatives are the same as their previous versions: the connections and switch really should at least half the size with a more flush fitting. The battery and switch should be on opposite sides rather than both the battery and switch on the left side pretty much on top of each other creating uncomfortable un even weight and bulk.
This vest cable to the battery is slightly shorter than the other version so use of the stubby extension lead is needed to ensure relaxed connection which adds bulk.

Bought this for my wife and it keeps her warm in the worst wind chill in the middle of winter!

I bought this because of work, I've used it a few times and it really does work, I'd not be with out it on the really cold days!
However I've never tried a cheap option! I will say the controller is not included in the price but should be because you definitely need it!
Over all I'd say a very good product, sizing is perfect as well, which is rare in biking kit!!

Bought for the wife, she was toasty, and that is all that matters, great.

Bought for my partner for winter cycle commute and for watching the kids play rugby. She absolutely loved it especially the heated collar. It also came with the heat controller.
Bought the small battery pack as it won't be used on a motorcycle, lasts long enough for a rugby match.
Yes it's expensive but the quality is good and stylish enough to be casual wear in winter.
Looking to get myself the male one as I'm envious of her being warm.

Bought this for the other half as a Christmas present because she usually wears more layers than an onion, first time out what a difference, she was so warm she had to turn it off. Feels good quality and connects to gloves and trousers with built in ports within the body warmer.
Good fit and purchased optional battery pack so it can be used off the bike.
