Customers praise the Oxford trousers for their comfort, fit, and versatility in various weather conditions. The adjustable design and removable liners make them suitable for different temperatures, with many customers noting their effectiveness in keeping warm and dry. Some customers mention experiencing minor fitting issues, such as bagginess, but appreciate features like braces for added fit stability. The trousers are noted for their practical details, such as waterproof pockets and easy compatibility with other garments, including jackets, enhancing their overall functionality.
It keeps me from getting cold, they're very good in the wet weather, they re very comfy to wear
Comfy trousers, great quality. Really warm with option of removing lining in summer.
My usual riding trousers are armoured lined jeans. But in the autumn and winter with rain often in the air and temperatures all over the place, donning waterproof over-trousers by the side of the road is no laughing matter ... at least, not for me. I needed something more user friendly and at a reasonable price. These Oxford continentals fit the bill perfectly. They're well made and warm and having ridden in some pretty bad rain, fully waterproof as well. I like the fact that you can remove both liners and the choice of belt or braces. The braces are well designed and really help keep the weather out. Plenty of pockets, deep and useful, but I've yet to work out which are waterproof. The armour is adequate, but not the best, but replacing with D30 ghost armour is not that expensive. At the sale price this piece of kit is unbeatable. It goes without say that the service at SBS was its usual exceptional standard.
It’s cold wet and it’s raining!
These along with the matching jacket are fantastic when you need quality protection
A definite sensible choice for every rider
Whilst the product feels well made, I like the versatility with removal thermal and waterproof liners, but they unfortunately leaked first time wearing in heavy rain. They were also a bit short in the regular leg length when sitting on the bike (I’m 6ft). The braces are useful and make them comfortable to wear.
I like that you have 3 layers with outer, waterproof and separate thermal liner. The pockets are very good especially as you have 2 patch pockets.
Went on a trip through Wales covering 1000 miles, rained (a lot) and stayed dry. Great useful pockets. Recommend, great for the money.
Excellent…. Appears well made….
Smart and subtle looking. Fits well.
Wet… cold…hot… suitable for riding in any of these conditions
Personally, I am very pleased.
These trousers are accurate to the description. Great quality and comfortable to wear.
Bought it with a jacket as a set, it is very comfy, waterproof (had a ride in very heavy rain for 1.5h). What's more to say, totally worth it
Very versatile, I've had this pants only about a week and I've rode in cold, rain and sun. The removable lining is great to configure the pants to the ever changing weather here in Ireland. Decent cargo pockets, I wouldn't use the hip pockets as the zips tend to open. The length seems fine, I'm normally a regular but when it bunches up on the bike perhaps a bit short.... I'm a commuter on a CB500X and so far so good. Easy to get on/off over the chinos and shirt for the office..
Great product, great price, my only complaint is that one of the fixed braces always finishes up halfway down my left arm when I’m riding. As I’ve had this problem before with other makes I think it must be me.outstanding value for money.
Bought these to replace alpinestars suit from 10 yrs ago, comfortable and warm, easy enough to remove inners only time will tell how they hold up.
These have changed my whole riding experience for the better.
Worn straight out of the bag for a day on an IAM session in mixed weather, including high wind and a few hours of quite heavy rain. Very comfortable and kept me at a good temperature and bone dry!
