Like the quality and materials, they sit well on the bike and don't get in the way when getting on or off my bike. (Triumph Speed Twin 900) They look very tidy and not too bulky which I like.
Dislikes are the main strap at the front is too short when the bag if full and will not reach where it clips in. This main strap is very stiff to adjust and needs adjusting before you clip it in. The two side straps are much better and do clip and adjust easily.
The bags look very nice though not keen on the clips and how they connect, much prefer to have conventional style plastic clips.
When the bags are empty or only partially filled the clips do not seem secure to me though not had any issues so far. Had several trips where I could not clip in the main strap as being too short and had to rely on the two side clips only.
These are expensive bags (+bespoke fitting kit) and I think SW-Motech could make them better then they currently are by using a longer main strap and better connection clips.
Would I buy them again, that would be a difficult choice.

Big enough for a daily commute

I have this on my Triumph scrambler with the LC frame and I use it daily for carrying a laptop and spare clothes to work and back. The canvas is quite thick and seems durable, and has been through a couple of showers and nothing has gotten wet.
The only downsides - there is no lock to secure it to the bike unlike on the official Triumph system, and there is also no strap for carrying over the shoulder but you could sort one out yourself.

I bought the right hand pannier and rack for my Moto Guzzi V7 850 Stone Black. It suits the bike the bike's style exceptionally well. A very useful pannier, not waterproof, but has a very good waterproof, sealable inner, removable bag and it will hold a surprising amount of gear. Not lockable, but secure when attached to the rack. It's easy to remove, just a thumb clip that's tucked away nicely - it's really a day/ weekend pannier that replaces the awkward rucksack I used to use. I bought the shoulder strap (that should be supplied with the pannier) and it makes a good shoulder/ cross body carry bag. Highly recommended!

Pros:
looks great
good materials
waterproof inner bag
Easy to connect to rack and very secure.

Wanted to have non-leather bags on my bike, and combined with the racks looking the best, it was well worth upgrading to these bags.

Pros:
-Racks are easy to install
-Quick to put on and take off the bike
-Look smart, best looking bags on the market IMO.
-Can be used off the bike as a messenger bag

Meh:
-Doesn't come with a strap to turn it into a messenger bag, you can either use your own or buy one from SW motech at a premium. Would've felt better value for the high cost if they came with branded straps.
-Not waterproof, but comes with a waterproof inner bag.
-Not lockable, might jury rig a cable lock to the rack if I need it.

Cons:
-I've heard from others that they fade in the sun, I'll be UV treating the canvas just in case.
-In bad weather, road dirt kicks up to the bags from the wheels, so they need wiping before they get too dirty.
-The top strap is too short if the bags are stuffed full, if I'm stuffing shopping in I end up tucking it away and just relying on the velcro for the ride home.
