I bought these jeans for my husband. They're a great fit, fit well over short boots and are really comfy. We bought the extra hip protection which just slots easily into the hip compartments. The jeans look great, can't fault them in any way.

I've used worn these jeans half a dozen times now and the feel and fit are great. The supplied knee armour is up to the job too, as never going to be touring with these pants, but for blast out and a coffee at the other end they definitely fit the bill.

Not at all bulky but plenty of protection. At 6"2" I find the leg length is spot on, and the knee protection is just about in the right place for me but could be a bit lower.

These jeans are highly recommended, they are a fairly narrow cut as opposed to a boot cut so may not be the best if you wear big boots. They are super comfy stretchy denim, they are fairly heavy but I think that is the case with many reinforced jeans like these.
The main "gripe" the sizing seems all over the place. I ended up getting a size smaller than I normally would and they are still a touch on the long side. My usual size buried me, if you are considering these jeans you should try some on first.
Riding with them is excellent, because they are stretchy, they dont pinch you can feel some breeze for those hot days riding and they look good too, you really couldnt want for better
