My wife is 5 ft 10 (UK 14 top) and the Ladies Marrakesh in size M fits like it was custom-shaped: tapered waist, longer arms, no bunching in the chest or hips. The stretch Cordura feels like a soft-shell hoodie, so it’s silent in the wind and never digs in when you reach for anything.

Ventilation is spot-on for British summer riding. With just a light long-sleeve underneath she's comfortable from about 19 °C upward; above that the all-over mesh keeps air moving without the “sail” effect some mesh jackets give. The Petrol colour looks richer in daylight and hides road grime well.

I’ve swapped the stock LP1 pads for D3O Diablo Level 2 armour — it drops straight in and the jacket still feels light. Zips are glove-friendly, pockets are sensible (two hand, one Napoleon, one inside), and the cuff opening is wide enough for short gloves but still seals under gauntlets.

No waterproof liner, so pack a shell for rain, but otherwise this is now her go-to from late spring through early autumn. If you run cold and struggle to find a women’s cut that truly fits, give the Marrakesh a try. Unbeatable comfort for warm, dry days.
