Great jacket but comes up short

Jacket was a fantastic purchase at a great price. It does fit a tad smaller than the label so I went up a size. 46/48 so got a 50. Fits well with space for an extra layer. It seems quite short in length but sound once zipped to RST jeans. I probably wouldn’t wear it if my trousers didn’t have a connecting zip. The cuffs also seem quite small. I found it difficult to get my hands through the cuffs when the inner liner was fitted, so I’ve since removed it and wear a hoodie underneath instead for colder morning commutes. The back protector and airbag are not noticeable once wearing the jacket but the jacket itself feels good on. Couple of niggles with it but I’d still recommend it. I opted for the £12 pm in&motion subscription and easily transfer the brain box from this commuting jacket to my one piece leathers for weekend riding.

Good value but CE rating confusing

The jacket appears to be well made & is very good value with the integrated airbag, particularly if you already have an in&motion subscription.
Sizing is inaccurate however, I normally wear a 44, sometimes a size 46 but I needed a size 50 to get the correct fit
Finally the CE rating, the swing tags on the jacket say 'A', the sewn in label says 'AA' & the description on your site says 'AAA'

Safety and quality

Bought this jacket as wanted to move away from air bag vests thst tether to the bike. This fits the bill perfectly, cheaper than a vest to buy but does need a £12 monthly subscription, but still a good buy.
Went a size up from normal as other reviews suggested and fits fine. Very pleased.

Great service by Sportbikeshop as usual really fast delivery. I like the styling/ design.
Airbag technology seems like a good feature for me as new back to riding after many years. I hope I don't need it and hope it's reliable at the same time. It seemed a reasonable price as well.
The jacket is quite heavy like other reviews but fine when on.
The In&motion control unit is included and easy to setup on the App. It's a shame it £120 a year or £12 a month.
Initially I thought I would need to unzip the jacket to turn the module off after each use. But this can be done by the app.

Superb jacket and a great price,but do size up

This jacket looks & feels superb, but you will need to size up at least one size, if not 2 sizes.
I normally take a large or XL and ended up with a 2XL jacket.
With the current discount on this airbag jacket, and the fact you don't need to buy a back protector for it, it made it only about £100 more than the non airbag version. For that price difference it made it a no brainer for me to increase my protection on my bike. The airbag will protect your spine, neck & chest.

Having recently broken my back an airbag system was a no brainer. At this price point it's hard to beat this jacket. The comfort and fit are great and IM had the control pack to me in three days. You should care about your spine, believe me. This jacket also gives protection to your torso, arms as well as the back. It's beautifully made and feels like it will stand up to abuse.

Good quality jacket with the added safety technology of an air bag. Easy to set up and there is an app, so what's not to like. However, I hope I will never have to employ the technology in anger.
