Advice & Guides Every time you put your hand in a glove, it should be passing the CE label that shows it's been tested as protective kit. We'll show you how to understand what it's telling you...
Good fit, slightly long in thumb, touchscreen works well. Good feel on controls and screens, overall very pleased.
Tried a number of gloves in store and opted for these as they were a stand out for me in terms of fit and comfort. Eventually ordered online and even brand new they are flexible straight out the packet. Tried them both over my jacket and under and both ways seemed to work fine given the double velcro closures at the top of the glove and at the base of the hand for a tight fit.
On the plus side they are relatively warm. In the negative side, they are NOT waterproof-or at least my pair isn’t. They’ll hold out in the average shower but prolonged riding in the wet will end up with your hands being wet. Expected better from a-stars. Also the palm on the left glove like folds up on itself and creases which makes it annoying. The right glove is ok? Like I said, for a-stars I’d expect better quality and to be at least waterproof
Good and comfortable especially in cold weather
Well made but because is waterproof doesn’t breaths - I mean like 0 wind
So far, so good. Fit well and feel like great quality. Comfy on grip and double Velcro gives secure fit
Excellent one with ability to sense your finger on mobile phone screen
Very nice gloves for autumn and spring. Quite snug size wise but very comfortable on the ride. I haven't experienced any discomfort on an 80 miles ride. Arrived the next day after I ordered and was packaged very well.
Nice looking and fitting. Size as with other clothing from Alpinstar are small, so recommend buying one size up from your usual size.
A nice glove that is not as bulky as full on winter gloves but 100% waterproof....I know as got caught in a downpour! Windproof and warm, heated grips on lowest setting and hands felt comfortable.
Very comfortable, warm and dry, just what I needed
I wanted a pair of gloves that keep my hands dry and warm. Of course they aren't as warm as proper winter gloves, but I feel like I can actually feel what I'm doing and stay a lot warmer than I would be in the summer gloves I normally use year round.
Good light glove, very comfy, fits well would of given 5 stars but was hoping for a visor wipe on left glove like some of their other types they offer....but overall good
Fit well, well made with protection, but still good feel. Ok for coldness down to 4 - 5 degrees, so not a heavy winter glove. Not tried in rain, so no comment, but a good glove to have in my few I have, but maybe pricey. But, if they give me good service and the quality proves itself over a good few years, just about worth it.
Very pleased with my purchase, have used the gloves twice over the Christmas period and while they are not an out and out winter they have kept my hands warm and dry. The service from sportbikeshop as always was excellent.
Very comfortable and warm but most important - waterproof! Recently used on a Scottish Highlands tour that had 4 days of rain and the hands stayed warm and DRY the whole time.
Used to summer leather gloves so they took a bit of getting used to at first being thicker but now won't tour again without them.
