As someone with short legs and a tall body, these are ideal, they fit great.
I had initial problems with the knee pad positions, until I read the manual and figured out there is pockets inside the pouch to keep the pad raised and in position.
Typical man problem, didn't read the manual.
TLDR - Read the instruction manual.

Very comfortable trousers with the Ghost armour

Very comfortable trousers. I paid extra for the Ghost armour which feels great in the knees and hips. In fact, you don’t feel them at all. I haven’t been out in the wet yet.
The price is very reasonable so it makes sense to pay more for the D30 armour.

Jean fit perfectly, stretchy and snug enough.
I could wear all day on and off the bike with no worries.
Armour is well positioned and supple - I'd buy again, in a heartbeat.

I like the comfortable soft lining and the stretch fabric.
The removeable protection for knees and hips is also soft and comfortable. I have taken the hip pads out just because it feels and looks better and more like regular jeans. All in all a great fit.

Delighted with these jeans. I'm waist 30 and leg 32. Went with the size 30 and short leg and they fit perfectly. For AAA rated and to come with hip and knee armour you'd be hard pressed to find better value.

Nice casual looking jeans with a good fit. Hip amour arrived damaged and had to upgrade knee amour as would tend to drift to one side of its pocket causing it to sit funny across your knee.

Nice quality jeans AAA rated and comfortable to wear on bike or walking around, Single layer means they look and feel like a normal pair of jeans. I've swapped the hip and knee protectors with Ghost D3 L1 as the armour that came with the jeans was a little too bulky although offers better protection, so an individual choice.

If you wash these jeans what happens to the waterproof coating please?
January 31, 2025The shower resistant coating applied to Bull-it products is a chemical product that makes the microfibres of the product stand on end. This barrier of fibres stops water drops from being able to soak into the surface of the product, however this coating will progressively fade with time. To refresh this coating, a Reproofer kit can be applied.
Are they a single layer or lined jeans?
