Bull-it Covert Evo Straight Covec Jeans - Black

Having an actual shop where ye can go to try stuff on is great, I thought I was 34" , but bull-it sizes are on the big side, so turns out I take a 32" , I'll take that, mair room for pies ?
Didn't have black ones in the shop but ordered them and they arrived with me the next day .......

Got these as a secondary pair as they are great value for AAA rated jeans. The fit is fine but the armour feels a bit twisted out of the ideal place when you're on the bike. I changed the armour for some D30 ghost and it makes them much nicer to walk around in when you're off the bike.

Let's start with the positives: I wasn't sure about stretchy material, but it feels great! Fit is good, though the low crotch line is too low for my liking: good for riding not much for walking. They are quite thick so can feel quite hot in summer.

The main negative is that the bulky and cheap knee protections (Keep Tech KT-334 E/K Type A) are extremely uncomfortable, especially off the bike. There are far better L2 alternatives from D3O that I'll have to buy, adding to the price. I'm also not a fan of the style: quite plain compared to other riding jeans.

They seem to be permanently discounted on SBS, so these jeans might still be worth the price even when adding better and modern protections.

Absolutely no issues at all, lovely comfortable fit and good features for the money. As a number have said, do try before you buy, you'll probably need to go down a size. 32 waist and short leg here, even the short is a bit too long for me :)

I've done a few long rides wearing these with the armour in, including a long very hot day, and they are very comfortable. They do feel a little larger than you'd expect off the bike, but that makes them more comfortable on the bike. And while they are reassuringly heavy, they're not too warm to wear in an office environment.

Sizing seems to be spot on. Armour is not fitted when supplied so you can put it in or leave it out. I fitted it and it didn't affect the fit of the jeans which feel stretchy. Claimed to be showerproof so time will tell.

Got these mainly for the safety rating. I was worried about size and how they would fit, but when they came they were a fantastic fit. True to size, and really well made with quality fabric.

I purchased these jeans and was really pleased at the fit and the main thing is there’s plenty of stretch in the material to allow you to get on and off the bike some other jeans can be too restrictive. These you feel that you can walk around in them and have very comfortable spot on..

These fit nicely and feel of good quality. However, they are not breathable at all. When stopped in traffic or off the bike in 25+ degrees, they become unbearable. Buy them for fall/spring

Jeans are definitely of good quality, armour easy to fit & sizing seems correct well to me anyways. Hopefully I'll never find out how really good they are.

The fit is nice unlike some European brands, the armour level2 included and sits in the right place ,finish of the jeans is good and the colour is uniformed.

I bought these and when delivered put in the armour that they come with and found everytime I took a few steps the right leg would end up twisting so the seam was almost at the front meaning the knee armour shifted to the inside of my knee making it completely ineffective this only happened on the right leg though so I don't know if I just got a bad pair I've returned mine now
