Advice & Guides If it feels like armour in your bike kit then the law demands it is actually proper, protective armour. Here's how to tell how effective your impact protection is...

Customers have mixed opinions on these jeans. While some appreciate the comfort, quality, and protective features, others find issues with sizing and the fit of the knee protection. Notably, the AAA rating and protective armour are highlighted positively, though some customers urge cautious consideration of waist measurements due to stretch. Compliments include the fabric's flexibility and overall aesthetic appeal. However, there are concerns about the snug fit around certain body areas and potential differences in advertised and actual sizing.
These jeans are a great fit if you go a size below your normal size. In street jeans I'm a 38 waist, depending on brand that occasionally means going to 40 waist. So I ordered try and buy fir those two sizes, both of which needed a belt to keep them up. I ordered 36 waist whilst in store, they came the next day (love SBS), and they were perfect. I'm 6' 4" and the 34" leg XL were perfect length. The jeans are extremely comfortable both on and off the bike. AAA hopefully means the protection is as good as it can be , so all good.
If they could just get the sizing right, they would be as near perfect as makes no odds:)
True to size, I am a 36" waist, knee and hip protectors included. The jeans fit well and are comfortable to ride in. Great value for money.
Ordered a 34 waist short and they fit perfectly, although legs might be a bit long but nothing can be done about that. Product seems to be excellent, but only time will tell. Usual brilliant service as delaying delivery was not a problem
Great pair of jeans for the £99.99 I got it for. I bought a size 34" short (normal size) and 36" short. 34" fits me as it should and I use the 36" with a waterproof overtrouser in the colder months to wear over some regular trousers. THese are warmer than normal jeans but I have found them comfortable to wear in a 20C ish office. Only issue, which seems a common thing with Bull-It jeans, is that the knee armour shifts inwards when on the bike which could be improved. If you get a size up this is less apparent but it will be a much baggier fit. One thing I don't know about these jeans in particular but my other CE AA jeans did fade in colour relatively quickly but I have only washed these once so far.
I chose these jeans because of the fit. The main thing is they have plenty of stretch allow you to get on and off the bike with ease I find some jeans are just too restrictive. I want to feel comfortable some of the genes. I just too tight round the legs and they seem good quality and triple AAA read good jeans and a good price.
Good quality, and fit. I'm 6.6 and long variant fits me perfect. good soft armour.
The item is fantastic, however, it was too big. The exchange service was fast and super efficient. One of the best services I've ever experienced. Thank you.
Good fitting trousers, good quality . Super quick delivery and communication from seller. Knee pads a bit low though.
I will state this once and only.
These are not the same quality of another UK brand which only sell direct.
At £99 they are a fair price but at full cost compared to those they would score way lower.
They have a slight odd fitment with a bit of extra material at the upper outside thigh area which is not linked to the armour. They also size up a little on the large size.
Pockets for the knee armour have two positions but are a little flimsy and I feel it would be say for them to drop or twist.
Overall they look ok and for a AAA rated product are cheap, but that’s it they are cheap.
I found the sizing to be perfect and the jeans certainly feel good quality, considering the price. My only negative is that I find the need protection to be positioned too low and for me it could do with being 7-8cm higher, but I guess we all wear our clothing differently and we all have different legs!
I especially liked the fact that the knee & thighs protector’s included inserts were included in the price & not sold as accessories, also the jeans are really comfortable & feel very protective & such a great price too
Spotted these on sale at a bargain price. Ordered my usual 32 x 32 size and they are a pefect fit. The armour is top level and is virtually invisible when fitted. Really flexible and nice and slim.
"Straight fit" easily goes over top of boots, plenty of the usual pockets and soft comfortable denim so all good!
Good fit, really comfy. Slide down the road with these on. No rips just slight scuffs. They did a brilliant job.
Fit and finish lacking somewhat and the protective pads sit slightly off the knee but otherwise look and comfort are fine.
I bought these recently as i’m hoping to buy a motorcycle in the near future and came across these on sale at a great price at SBS.
They look like normal jeans, fit well, nice slim fit for me. The armour in the knees isn’t that flexible at the moment ( I don’t know if it needs to be broken in and they become softer). I was hoping that I could just keep all the armour in and wear the jeans at work but I don’t think that would be possible as my job involves moving around and bending my knees a lot.
I was very pleased with the quality and wearability of these jeans at a very reasonable price with discount
Really pleased, great jeans, very comfortable on and off the bike, true to size (I think), this is my second pair, I have a blue pair already.
